Reed Wallace, Founder and President
Mr. Wallace has been President of Moscow Finance Group where he provided commercial and residential space for the US Government AID program in Russia and Amadeus, the European Airline, hotel and car rental booking System. He was the exclusive distributor of "Rooms-To-Go" furniture and Givenchy watches in Russia, sold Television programs in partnership with Sir David Frost to Russian Television and lectured at the US Embassy Commercial Department to new American companies entering the Russian Market. Mr. Wallace was a member of the "Capital Markets Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Moscow, provided consulting services to the directors of firms such as Amoco , Boeing, Coca-Cola, Ernst &Young, BBC, CBS, Bosch-Siemens, etc. He speaks Russian, Spanish, German and English.

Scott A. Casber
Scott is Vice President of WCM Talent Management. He provides a lifetime of experience in the broadcast, promotions, publicity, and public relations fields. Scott's voice and face have become well known in MMA and wrestling communities around the world, as he provides hundreds of hours of content each year. Scott combined two of his life passions, combat sports and broadcasting, when he founded TakeDown Radio ten years ago. Since then, he founded Title Fight Championship, merged companies with another high profile regional fight promotion company, Midwest Cage Championship, to form Midwest Sports Entertainment Group; L.L.C.

Benjamin Schiff, Chief Financial Officer
Ben is a Certified Public Accountant as well as an attorney licensed in New Jersey and Florida and a Certified Financial Planner. His experience spans thirty (30) years and includes experience as an executive level manager in a Fortune 500 company. He has extensive financial experience achieved through progressive management and hands on experience in accounting, finance, domestic and international operations, tax, and law. His industry experience includes Internet e-commerce, housing, retail land sales, timeshare, mortgage banking, utility, resort and property management. Specific experience in organizing both Internet and brick and mortar start-ups, foreign branch office operations, and acquisition planning and negotiation.

Chris Arns, Vice President of Talent Management.

Following a 25 plus year career in motion picture distribution, Chris gravitated to sports promotion based on the meteoric growth and untapped potential in mixed martial arts (MMA). The experience he gained in senior management positions with large, national companies easily translated to his current efforts producing and promoting live events, in talent management, and broadcasting.

Chris entered the home entertainment business right out of school, working his way to a Vice President position with a $1 billion company, owning responsibility for a $70 million P&L, a large workforce, and multiple facilities. During the course of this part of his career, he spent 18 years with one company, relocating several times. He and his family have lived on both coasts and in Chicago.

He decided to enter the world of combat sports when he left a position leading sales and marketing for a national entertainment trade publication and web site, returning to his native Iowa in 2006. There, he became managing partner for an established enterprise that owns a national radio program, a fight promotion company, voice talent and announcing firm, as well as an in-house ad agency. Since then, each area of business grew significantly, with the fight promotion company merging with its largest competitor to clearly dominate the important Des Moines pro MMA market.

Chris's business partner in the enterprise and life long friend, Scott Casber, was managed by White Chocolate Management as an announcer and voice talent when WCM founder Reed Wallace recruited both men to expand the influence and reach of the company. Chris has been instrumental in attracting several fighters with significant potential to the company, as well as co-producing live events in South Florida, and creating presentation materials for the company.

His collective experience and responsibilities in the entertainment, sports promotion, and management fields combined to create an opportunity for him to join the nation's fastest growing sport at the most exciting time. For him, he never looks back to the DVD days and he thoroughly enjoys the new challenges as well as the great network of people he engages.

Eduardo Borges, Executive Vice President
With a vast experience in media and sports, Eduardo is recognized as one of the most experienced, enthusiastic and well known Sports and media managers in Latin America. Eduardo adds to its partners extensive experience in strategic development, commercial transactions, business development and reorganization. Having working for two of the biggest media companies in Brazil,TV Globo and Bandeirantes, he was responsible for negotiating events contracts, logistics, ppv channel and the financial area for events such as Soccer World Cup, Olympic Games, Eurocup, Brazilian soccer and Copa America. At Bandeirantes he was responsible for launching one of the largest sports cable channels in Brazil, BANDSPORTS, and later running the channels content and business development areas. Eduardo also has worked for major sports marketing companies as Pele-pro, Championsworld and Traffic Sports Marketing.

As Director of Marketing and Business Development at Traffic, Eduardo brought his team to be recognized with the Marketing Best award in Brazil for its extensive involvement with soccer's event, Copa America. He leaveraged the commercial department for an all time high in increased sales. At Traffic he also brought other events to Traffics sports events portfoplio as the Trump open, the biggest golf tournament in Brazil.

In addition to his professional background, Eduardo is a former professional athlete himself. He was a squash professional who won a silver medal at the Pan-American games in Winnipeg.

Eric Leaver, VP of Marketing
Eric Leaver is an entrepreneur focused on the health, fitness and nutrition industries. His professional passions are business development, innovation, and building profitable alliances.Prior to WCM he served as president of the National Academy of Sports Nutrition, and was the founder and president of Zipfizz, an effervescent sports-and-energy powder that has become a huge commercial success with customers ranging from elite athletes to Soccer Moms. Eric is a fitness enthusiast, with a love for water sports and martial arts. He has competed or otherwise trained in a number of sports including swimming, surfing, water polo, triathlons, boxing, fencing, judo, aikido, and Krav Maga. Eric adds to WCM's international expertise, having transacted business in over 15 countries.

Robert Garcia, Trainer
Rob is considered one of the top fight and conditioning trainers in the boxing and mixed martial arts industries. He has coached some of the greatest fighters and athletes in the world including Oscar De La Hoya, Terry Norris (WBC Middleweight Champ), Sunny Garcia (2000 World Surfing Champion), Francisco "Panchito" Bojado (Olympic Boxing Champion), and Diego "Nightmare" Sanchez (UFC Ultimate Fighting Champion). He graduated from San Diego State with a degree in Exercise Physiology & Nutritional Science, and has degrees in Oriental Medicine from Pacific College and in Biomechanics and Neurological Conditioning from the C.H.E.K. Institute in San Diego. In 1996 Robert was a member of the US Olympic Coaching Staff for boxing in Atlanta.
